To ensure that our recruitment and selection process is efficient and comprehensive, we only accept online applications made through our website. Please do not post or fax applications. Please keep your personal details up to date so that we can easily contact you. You can check the status of your application regularly using the log-in option. Typically, our recruiters will: Acknowledge your applciation We'll send you an email confirming receipt of your application. Please note, if you submit an incomplete application, it may not be considered. Phone Interview If you progess to the next stage, you may be contacted for a phone interview so we can learn a little more about you, and go over a few details. These interviews take between 10 to 15 minutes. Behavioural Interviews You may be invited to attend one or more structured interviews, which generally take around 45 minutes to one hour. Before the day, we will discuss details regarding your interviewers, the interview process and where your interview will be held, as well as any special needs you may have. During the interview, you will be asked to give examples of situations that demonstrate your knowledge, skills and experiences. This is also a great chance for you to find out more about Thiess Kentz and the role. Further Testing / Assessment / Training For some roles, you may be asked to undertake further assessment, i.e. psychometric testing (e.g. abilities tests) or pre-employment medicals. For employees on site, training and qualifications such as blue cards, Generic Inductions and LV/CPR qualifications will be required. We'll let you know more at the interview stage. Please feel free to talk to the recruiter if you are unclear about anything. Reference Checking In your application, you must provide contact details for two professional referees who can confirm your experience. Please let us know if they may be contacted to comment on your skills and experience during the time you worked with them. Typically, your referees will have been your previous supervisors or managers, who have observed your abilities in the work environment. |
