Social Club Our Social Club aims to bring employees together through social, sporting and cultural activities. Employee Assistance Program We provide all employees and their families with a free professional counselling service for personal or work related problems, available 24 hours per day. This service is provided by an external counselling agency and confidentiality is guaranteed. Salary Packaging Employees can choose to receive their salary as a combination of cash and approved benefits. Replacing some of their cash salary with benefits enables employees to lower their taxable income to increase their take home pay. This service is provided through an external packaging provider to ensure employees have access to a customer-focused salary package administration service. Novated Lease Salary employees can also have the benefit through the external packaging provider to package a motor vehicle via salary packaging using before and after tax dollars. New and used cars (depending on age) can be packaged under a Novated Lease, and leases range from 1 - 5 years. At the end of the lease, the vehicle may be purchased at its pre-set residual value.
